Terms of Service

This bot is a private tool built for the Hybrid RP FiveM community. It records field training assessments for probationary constables and tracks time on duty. By using its commands or buttons you agree to what is set out below.

Who can use it

• Members of the Hybrid RP Discord server. It is not offered to the public.
• You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement for your country.
• Assessment commands are limited to members holding an FTAO role. Sign-off commands are limited to supervisors and command staff.

What it is for

Everything the bot records is in-character roleplay administration: training progress, assessment outcomes and shift times for a fictional police force inside a game server. It is not a real employment, training or law enforcement record and must not be presented as one.

Fair use

• Do not clock on when you are not actually on duty in the server. Hours are used for promotion decisions.
• Do not sign off an assessment you did not personally conduct.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, spam or reverse engineer the bot.
• Command staff may correct, void or remove any record they believe to be false.

Availability

The bot is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime. Records may be lost through outages, Google or Discord service faults, or human error. Command staff remain the authority on any dispute about hours or training progress.

Discipline

Misuse of the bot is handled under the Hybrid RP server rules and the NSW Police Force department rules. Access can be removed at any time by command staff.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the bot changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
