Privacy Policy
For the Hybrid RP FTO and Duty Hours Discord bot. Last updated 26 August 2026.
This bot keeps as little as it can get away with. It records training progress and time on duty for a roleplay police force, and nothing else. It does not read your messages, your DMs, or anything outside the commands and buttons you use.
What is stored

No message content, no email addresses, no IP addresses, no payment details, no voice data, and nothing at all about members who never use the bot.
Where it lives
- Records are written to Google Sheets owned by Hybrid RP command staff.
- A shift that is still running is held in a small file on the machine hosting the bot until you clock off.
- Results are posted into channels inside the Hybrid RP Discord server.
Who can see it
Hybrid RP command staff, supervisors and FTAOs, plus anyone who can read the channel a result was posted in. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or sent to any third party beyond Google Sheets and Discord themselves, which store the data on our behalf.
How long it is kept
Training records and duty hours are kept for as long as you are a member of the department, and may be retained afterwards as a historical record of the unit. Notes and assessments can be corrected or removed by command staff at any time.
Your choices
- Using the bot is voluntary. Do not clock on and nothing about your time is recorded.
- You can ask command staff to correct a record you believe is wrong.
- You can ask for your records to be deleted when you leave the department.
Children
The bot is used inside a Discord server, so Discord's own minimum age rules apply. It is not directed at anyone below that age.
Changes
If what the bot stores changes, this page changes with it. The version on this page is always the current one.
To see, correct or delete your records, open a ticket in the Hybrid RP Discord and address it to command staff.
